PROGRAMS - Summer Camps
The Eagle River United Methodist Camp hosts several camps each summer; Camp Get Ready, Camp Champ, Discovery Camp, and Chopathon.
Camp Get Ready
This is the summer kick off event where the camp managers, the camp board, and all the friends of the camp gather to “wake up” the camp. Chores and fellowship are on the “To Do” list. A delicious lunch is provided.
Discovery Camp
For campers 3rd grade through 8th grade. A fun summer camp designed especially for youthful minds, Discovery Camp is just that: a place to discover God’s great creation, through a fun-filled activity camp with a strong spiritual emphasis.
Chopathon
This is our fall work party to refill the wood shed before winter. We usually have several hydraulic log splitters working and need folks with muscle to move logs and folks with finesse to run the splitter lever.
