2016 Camps

Camp Champ: June 19-23, 2016, For youth referred by Catholic Community Services only. Volunteer Opportunities for Camp Champ: As an adult coach to help supervise day activities or a cabin at night. Medical Volunteer to serve as a nurse or EMT in the evenings and mornings.Volunteer in the kitchen for a meal, half a day, or all day. Volunteer for final clean up on Thursday June 18th 1:00 – 3:00 pm. Can’t volunteer but would like to contribute donate fresh fruit or healthy snacks.

Discovery Camp: July 17-21, 2016, For campers entering 3rd grade –  completed 8th grade    July 12 – 16, 2015   A fun camp designed especially for youthful minds, Discovery Camp is just that: a place to discover God’s great creation, through a fun-filled high activity camp with a strong spiritual emphasis. Campers will enjoy sports, games, archery, arts and crafts, nature activities outdoors, music and drama, new friends, evening campfires, and many other exciting activities.

Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program For teens entering 9th  grade – completed 12th grade (under 18 years). Mandatory staff training: July 16-17; Camp:  This is an exciting program available for young adults in which they have the chance to develop leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives. CITs work directly with campers and counselors and participate in all aspects of Discovery Camp.
